The new Honda Ridgeline, Honda's second generation of the one frame truck, has arrived and it's worth the wait. And we're excited at GanleyHonda, your new Honda dealer in North Olmsted, Ohio.
Why is the Ridgeline worth the wait? You may remember the first Honda Ridgeline truck that hit the market a decade ago, as having an awkward and nontraditional frame. However, the new Ridgeline will have a more conventional truck/crossover silhouette with a face that resembles the Honda Pilot.
Check out a few sneak peak features below that we're looking forward to in the Ridgeline.
Styling You'll notice the curves of the new Ridgeline, which sets it apart from its competitors like the GMC Canyon, Nissan Frontier, Chevrolet Colorado and Toyota Tacoma. They sport more blocky frames.
The first generation Ridgeline stood out for its flying buttress styling. The new Ridgeline looks like it will leave that feature in the past. Like the first Ridgeline, the 2017 version has a small window behind the four-door cabin. It appears that the 2017 Ridgeline will include lighting in the bed walls.
Under the Hood The new Ridgeline is similar to the 2016 Honda Pilot under the hood. It will have a direct-injected 3.5-liter V-6 engine and six-speed automatic, as well as a four-wheel drive system. It should be similar to the Pilot's horsepower of 300.
We can expect the new Ridgeline, soon to be for sale at Ganley Honda, to arrive in the middle of 2016. Got a Ridgeline to sell or trade in? Get your Honda Ridgeline Trade In Value Here. Or call us at (888) 699-3824 to schedule an appraisal today.
